The Dickens Festival is organized by Event Agency dEVENTer in collaboration with entrepreneurs and residents in the Deventer Bergkwartier, in particular Mrs. Emmy Strik-ten Kley. The Dickens Festival/Deventer Christmas City is made possible by the Municipality of Deventer, the Province of Overijssel, NV Bergkwartier and all sponsors of Deventer Evenementenstad.
