Touring coaches

We ask tour operators to register their trips to the Dickens Festival with us in advance.
Please note that parking for coaches is limited. Please register your coach in advance. Starting in 2025, we will charge a €14 reservation fee (excluding VAT) per coach. This fee covers parking assistance and drop-off and pick-up slots, among other things.

After your registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice for the reservation fee and tickets. You will also receive all practical information, such as a map, directions, and parking permit. Changing the number of tickets is no longer possible after confirmation.
Note: Without a parking ticket you will not have access to the exit and boarding area.

From 2025, the Dickens Festival will no longer be free to attend. The ticket price is €6 per person (children up to 7 years old are free). Coach companies have the option to pay a fee. until December 8th Order advance tickets for their passengers. This ticket grants visitors direct access to the queue and allows them to pass through the ticket booths. On the day of the festival, the bus driver will receive the specified number of tickets upon arrival in Deventer.

If you would like to use this option, please indicate the desired number of tickets below. If you do not wish to use this option, visitors must purchase their own tickets at the box office upon arrival.
